Remember that Making a new clock (1) blog post? That one was to honour my dad’s old nixie clock. It’s in my office / HAM shack. Now we wanted another clock for another room. I decided to use the same parts and the same software, but built it a lot smaller this time. It was an effort to get all the parts in this small encasing, but I got it done. Here’s the result:
Seen from the front it’s a simple and elegant design. On the back there’s the power connection (5V DC) and three butoons to be able to set dat, time and brightness.
